Rain doesn't dampen alumni spirits at Summer Splash 2009

Bar Anticipation in Lake Como, N.J. was the setting June 13 for Summer Splash, where more than 100 alumni and friends gathered despite rainy skies for drinks, food and prizes.

“It was great fun to see all of these alumni come out,” said Jane Bodzioch ’69 ’83, treasurer of the Alumni  Association Board of Directors. “Even on a day like this, you can tell people want to have fun.”

Alumni Association President Edward Esposito ’69 ’72 and Alumni Director Michael Smullen ran the trivia contest. Among the questions asked and answered correctly were, “When was Kean founded?” (1855); “Approximately how many alumni have graduated from Kean?” (80,000) and “Where is Kean’s southern campus located?” (Ocean County) Did you attend Summer Splash?
